Eligible Return Reasons

Change of Mind


You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items


If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Product Warranty


Our durable products are covered by a 60-day warranty for manufacturing defects not caused by misuse.

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at tovisupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds​

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at tovisupport@gmail.com.
